Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Purpose

These terms govern the presentation and sale of TCG products (booster boxes, boxes, boosters, graded cards) offered on ba-tcg.com.

3. Availability

Items shown as "Coming soon" cannot be ordered yet. The "Notify me when available" service is free and commits neither the customer nor the seller to a sale.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, for information only. They may change until the item is restocked.

5. Graded cards

Grades (PSA, BGS…) are assigned by independent grading companies; BA TCG does not guarantee a grade other than the one shown on the slab.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Mauritius, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of the country of residence.

Reference version

The French version of these terms prevails in case of discrepancy between translations.
